SHIPPING POLICY

We, Sweetkadai.com, know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

INDIAN ORDERS

We currently deliver to more than 1000 cities across India.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

we ship most items within 24-48 working hours of the order. However, in some cases, we may take longer, up to 3 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders (outside India) would be processed within 2 days and shipped through an international courier company.

Most orders are delivered within 7 business days to foreign destinations.

If you wish to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place them as different orders.

Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) along with the courier company details through email. You can track the status of your package through the courier’s website or by contact WhatsApp support +91 7373884944.

The courier will attempt delivery twice at your specified shipping address before they inform us that your package is not deliverable.The rates may vary for international orders depending on country and delivery, certain countries add tariffs after the package has been accepted there. We are not responsible for these additional costs. The shipping rate will be displayed during checkout before you submit payment.

Orders shipped internationally aren't eligible for free returns and return shipping.

We reserve the right to release information to local, state, central or international law enforcement officials when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or when required to, by order of a Court or authorized administrative agency.
